How come people who submitted after us receive copr befor us? Although happy for them honestly but just curious as it’s hard to understand what makes them process visas of people whose passports were received later than us

And On VFS : still at NDVO
Dont know on what basis they work, My friend filed case 2 months after me. And he has the Visa now
My CIC status says Decision made.. and VFS is still in process don't know how long they will take for finishing their process
Feb. month is generally less busier than March. Or may be there are more student application submitted in March beacause of May intake.
My husband’s passport was submitted on 12-Mar and the PPR letter got Urgent note printed but still no update yet.
is it by Chance that After getting the Passport request letter, and Submitting it, they can still decline stamping the visa on passport. Worried because its taking too long.
