How do I talk to cic with out application number /.

Can someone guide me how to call customer care of cic? because it is asking for application number to enter to talk to the agent.

When I used to call the 1-888 number, I would simply enter a random letter E, or F or whatever followed by our UCI number. Obviously this number wasn't correct, but it allowed me to hear the option to wait and speak with an agent. The wait was incredibly long - sometimes up to 45 minutes, but the agents were always very friendly and helpful in providing whatever information they could.

If you don't have a UCI they are not going to be able to tell you anything anyways, except maybe that your application has been returned.
