No - you certainly won't get a longer PGWP. It's based on the length of your program - not the length of time you took to complete it. Also note that you have to remain a full time student for your whole program apart from the last semester to ensure you can qualify for a PGWP.

But i know a few people who had to take the same course the next year because they failed and got longer pgwp. From your reply i understand that in case i fail from 1 couse i won't get even a 1-year pgwp because of not being a full time the next year?

No - that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that you must make sure you remain a full time student (except for your last semester - you can be part time your last semester). Dropping too many courses will drop you down to part time status (you'll need to find out from your school how many courses you need to take to keep your full time status). If you completed a course but failed it - you'll still be full time.
