Can I just attach the required documents to my conditional offer of admission for my study permit?

I have received a conditional offer of admission into Carleton University for September intake.
The condition is waiting for my final grades.

Since I will get my high school final grades in mid June.

I dont want to wait til the university receives them because then it would be late to apply for the study permit.

So, can I just apply for the study permit and attach my final grades to the conditional acceptance letter? (I will send the document to the university but I dont want to wait til they receive it)

u need to submit full educational docs in embassy and college to get visa

i am not sure , you can ask them by calling them , but i think yes , embassy verify college
