I’m sorry but how do you expect any of us to know if a certain immigration program will be available in the future?! It probably won’t but only our government knows for sure. Stop asking the same question over and over again.

You need to forget about sponsorship, its not going to happen any time soon, especially for nephews. Better chance that brothers and sisters would be sponsorable than nephews, at least they're closer to relation, but even that has a zero chance of happening.

Earn your way to Canada just like many of your fellow countrymen do

As previously stated, you will have to find a way to immigrate on your own merit. There is no sponsorship available to you at this point in time and there is no point constantly asking if it will start against that it is unfair. It was decided to drop it as it wasn’t beneficial for Canada, Canadians and Canadian PR’s and no one here can change it. You need to work towards qualifying for immigration on your own.

Now, Canada recognizes immigrants for economic development, but it does not yet show any improvement. If Canada is so awful then don't immigrate there. It's very simple.

If you want to move to Canada you have to have something the country wants. Unskilled people who don't speak the official languages are not an asset to Canada. You must understand that a country's immigration policy is put in place to benefit the country, not the immigrant.

It wont be, even this immigrant friendly government is not making it a priority, just like the old government, theyre all focused on spouses, children, and people with skilled work experience. Rather than waiting forever hoping for sponsorship, your time is better spent improving your English and acquiring skilled work experience

You are wrong, it has not been restored. There will never be an immigration program for an uncle to sponsor you. Give up on this idea since it will never happen again.
