Digital Photo upload after ITA

Hello Friends,

Urgent: Would you please help me in this.? I have received ITA in the latest draw. I have confused with Digital Photo upload?

1.How many photos should I upload with ITA application.?
2.Should I upload back of the photos as well ?
3. I have a confusion, with the two photo specifications mentioned in the website. they are below, which one should I follow for ITA (e-APR) submission.?

1. 1 photo per applicant
2. Not required as it would be blank anyways. The address etc of photo studio used to be required during paper application era
3. Go with this
