22 - IELTS (9,8,7.5,6)
12 - 30 years old
21 - Bachelors of 4 years attested by WES on March 19th
15 - Experience outside of canada, working as software developer
70 - My overall score is 70 which is 2 point higher than the minimum criteria for entering the express entry pool.

It been more than 48 hours since i have created my profile. It says, Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible:
  • not having a valid language test, --> November 2017 IELTS
  • language test results that are more than two years old, --> 6 months old only in GENERAL
  • a language test score that is too low, --> writing is 6 rest is above 7
  • not having enough relevant work experience, --> 7 years of relevant experience
  • not having the required education level, --> 4 years bachelors degree accredited by WES
  • not having enough funds. --> it's just me so I had added 13000

I just realized that fund was 1300 instead of 13000 so could have caused the issue. Should I go ahead and submit another profile? Is that ok to have to application at the same time or my prior application is expired and I can create another?

How many hours have you put in 'working hours' tab for your non-canadian work experience?

I would suggest that you edit the current profile. This will save you time and you won’t have to re-fill the details. Since you do not have an ITA yet, you can continue to edit your EE profile before ITA. Hth! Good luck!

Ineligible profile cannot be updated, you need to create a new profile, also it seems like you are lacking CLB-9 in one of the modules of IELTS, try improving that, your total score will be much more than the current one.
Good Luck
