I have a question regarding timing.

My AOR is Feb 12th and I am expecting the PPR by end of April (knock on woods).

However, I am in the US H1B visa lottery process this year - meaning if I am chosen in this year's lottery, which happens April week 1, I am not able to travel out of this country until October, otherwise I must wait until then to come back to US.
But I am ok to send my Passport away during this period of time.

Question is: how much time do I have after PPR? and how much time do I have before landing?
Can I wait until October to do landing?

Usually you will have until your medicals expiry date to finish the landing process (or your passport expiry date) whichever of the two is earlier.

Howz the Ontario PNP given? Any one above 400, provided, they meet their other requirements? or is it dependent on some other factor?I know in 2017, they were giving in 400 and below 400(for few NOC's).. Howz the trend nowerdays

I spent the first year under one NOC and the rest under another NOC, but the job title didn't change.

Should I put everything under one NOC or tell HR to put in reference letter 2 different NOCs when I switched teams (with dates)?

Must tht Eca report summary show two or more certificates before one can claim that, i am asking because mine didn't state so. It has 4 years Bachelor's degree and the second certificate shows two years professional study. Should I go ahead and claim two or more certificates ?

They are issuing NOI based on the profile creation date and a range of CRS. Check the OINP Update page for more information.

If the NOC was different then ask the HR to mention both the NOC and their respective job duties in the letter.

In your EE profile, just enter both the equivalency and the system will calculate the points as per the provided information.

You have to be nominated. You can apply to some programs but not others.

You cannot apply for the Human Capital priorities stream but you can apply to the others. For the HC stream, they will issue invitations based on points. Its currently in the 440s, but expected to go down.

is it possible it can happen next week?

i looked up stats on immitracker and most people are getting withn 1-20 days since IP2.
