FBI returned and I am FRUSTRATED! Help please!

So the FBI returned with a "unable to use the fingerprints you provided". I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!!
I paid to get my fingerprints taken by the only place available where I live: New Brunswick. I went to The Commissionaries and they did that digital fingerprinting and gave me a printed copy, which was rejected by the FBI. They do not do the ink one.

Don't know what to do PLEASE, anybody can help????

I know that is terrible especially when you wait for your certificates for months Can you travel and do in another province or different city in the same province? Do your best and fight for it.

practice and do it yourself. get an inkless pad and 10 sheets or so. me and my wife did the same. just follow the instructions on how to roll. massage your fingertips and press lightly. it will work.
