Supervisa- After Visitor Visa Rejected

Hello All,

My mom's visitor visa was rejected last month in-spite of showing very strong documents and ties to home country. I'll be applying for her supervisa as soon as I receive my Tax assessment papers.

Q. Do I use the same GC key to create a profile?
Q. How do I show it's a super visa? There is no option for it?
Q. What proof do I show to show that my dad is still in the home country and not traveling and my mom will go back.
Q. Do I select visiting for less than 6 months option?
Q. Where do I upload the medical test and insurance copy?

Just login into same profile and submit Visitor Visa. Choose Visitor Visa -> visa for parents and Grand parents

Q. How do I show it's a super visa? There is no option for it?
Choose Visitor Visa -> visa for parents and Grand parents. During eligibility check you need to choose Temporarily more than 6 months.

Q. What proof do I show to show that my dad is still in the home country and not traveling and my mom will go back.
You can mention in Purpose of Travel about it. Something like below.

From your Mom's point of view
I am not financially dependent on anyone for my living.
I have enough savings to take care of myself financially.
My Spouse xxx lives in xxx (home country).
I promise that if my visa is approved, I will not stay in Canada for more than xxx months.
I will adhere to all the rules and regulations set by the government of Canada.
My spouse, Child and all my siblings their family are all living in xxx (home country), I will certainly return on xx after temporary stay.

Q. Do I select visiting for less than 6 months option?
No choose Temporarily more than 6 months

Q. Where do I upload the medical test and insurance copy?
You will have space to upload documents . Medical test will be uploaded directly by the hospital so don't worry, rest goes as below.
