Express entry: Awaiting dependent's PPR request from New Delhi visa office

Hello,


I have a situation here, and want to hear some opinions.

I am working in Canada, and my wife is in India.

Me and my wife had submitted our application for Canada PR in june 2017. I (Primary applicant) have completed port of entry in Toronto on January 2nd 2018 and also received PR card. As my wife is in India, for her port of entry, the cic ottawa agents have transfer instruction with application to NDVO(New Delhi Visa ofc) on 9th Feb 2018 so that NDVO send PPR request to her after which she can complete her PR process with entry to Canada.Till now we haven't heard anything from NDVO.


We tried enquiring through NDVO's email IDs and web forms 4 times, but no reply. Has anybody else experienced this? How long does it take, and is there any other way we can communicate to NDVO?

Ndvo doesn't reply unless they need some info. I would suggest mailing ndvo marking cic along. Also do mention the no of cse raised for the same.
Mark your subject line as Urgent with file details so that someone takes it up immediately.

Where is your primary visa office? Did you email CPC-Ottawa?

My primary visa office is Singapore, husband is in India. I emailed SGVO and CPC-O on the same day I received the PPR, and got a reply from CPC-O the following day (less than 24 hrs). But our passports have not been returned yet.

Thanks for your reply ! Actually i have send after 4 web forms request and equal emails to NVDO email id, but every time i have got same standard reply as below.

My Primary Visa office was Ottawa. After primary applicants i.e. mine PR process is complete they have transferred our file to New Delhi office for dependent getting COPR and temporary visa. I checked with call center agent in canada and they repeatedly say that file is transfered to NDVO and i need to contact DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca.
