Express entry applicants get there visas in less than 6months. While qsw applicants are waiting for review after years. Csq stage and federal stage

are you applicant with Rome visa office please? when you say years, how many years are you referring?

I received a Pre-Arrival Services email today but haven't even had the Medical Request yet for my Federal Application.

Previous update was a request for more information on February 27th.

Does that seem normal to anyone?

Anyone IP2 February 27 that saw his ADR change from "We are reviewing the additional documents you provided." to "we do not need any doc" or N/A.

I am an inland applicant, and I live in Montreal, so I will not receive the pre-arrival services letter.

I also got a pre arrival service mail even before MR. Here are my milestones.

APP: 07/05/2017, CIO Sydney
AOR: 10/19/2017
PCC request: 11/21/2017
PCC submitted: 12/06/2017
Pre-arrival service mail: 12/08/2017
VO: Manila
Status: eligibility passed, info sharing complete, others not started yet

I also got the prearrival service email today. I live in Montreal and I finished my medical in January. See timeline below.

A friend of mine got it too before me and he received it before his medical exam request. He called cic to find out what it means and they said to ignore it if you are an inland applicant.

I think it's a general email they send out.

My timeline;
March 20th 2017 submitted pr
May 29th 2017 got AOR
December 19th 2017 got mmr
January 12th 2018 did medical
February 8th 2018 request for rfpr fee
February 15th 2018 paid rfpr fee
March 21st 2018 recieved pre-arrival message
