Is this something to be concerned about?

According to our MP our additional docs were confirmed received on March 6.

Our one year mark is on the 29 of March, so it is very close

It's only March 21 so likely not. If they asked for additional docs and gave you 30 days to submit (I'm assuming?) they're probably not going to look at the file again until the 30 days is up.

The request was on feb 5 with an April 7 due date for half the docs. The other half were due may 7. We ended up submitting everything at the same time though

May I know what kind of additional documents they requested?

Maryland and Delaware state background checks, new fbi ba kground checks and court judgements for dismissed dui.

All background checks are 100% clean. Nothing on them at all

I thin your file would be fine. because they are not questioning your relationship’s genuinity. patience is virtue.

Patience is running short lol. 9 days until 1 year mark

So if the due date was April 7 and May 7 respectively, chances are good they will not look at the file ahead of those dates. I get the frustration, just giving you my perspective.

That is kind of what I thought as well! Guess we will see!

Our MP said that the officer she talked to put a note on our file for the officer stating we are at the 12 month mark in a few days and a call center agent also did the same.

Last time this happen, we had movement in 7 days in the form of a doc request

I get it, but I'm saying I don't think it's weird that in one instance you heard in 7 days and you haven't yet this time.

Too early yet anyways! I should have included that we talked to the MP 2 days ago, sorry!
