DM but no PPR - Sydney VO

We got DM 3 weeks ago on ECAS, but we still haven't received PPR. VO is Sydney, Australia.
Is the e-mail only available place to check if we got PPR or not? Does it show on gckey or ECAS that they have sent it? Please help.

We are thinking may be they sent it to wrong e-mail ID.

Sometimes VO takes long time to send PPR. Did you try to contact them? I think it’s a good idea to send a case specific enquiry.

We're in the same boat (Sydney VO). DM on ECAS three weeks ago but no PPR. Called the Canadian immigration helpline who were only able to tell us that our application was approved. Emailed the Sydney VO who said they will provide an update on our application "in the near future". Also, even though our ECAS shows DM, gckey still says "background check in progress".

Glad to know, we are not the only ones. it's frustrating to wait. I also left them an email, but no sign of reply yet. Hopefully we both receive PPR soon!
