SINP noc and education

Hello friends,
For SINP......I am working in industry as quality/management auditor. Based upon my job duties i fall under NOC 1122 but when i read educational requirements it says-
" 1) A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline is usually required.
2) Certification as a quality auditor may be required for some occupations in this unit group."

My situation is that i have certification of quality auditor (point no 2) but i do not have bachelor degree in business adminstration/commerce. I hold bachelor degree in engineering. Please advise what should i opt here NOC 1122 or any other considering.

I think u have to apply first with taking some risk. Something is better than nothing.
In addition , u can confirm it throgh email to immigration@gov.sk.ca
U can use any email address. Better ask multiple times. Every executive can provide u different opinion. Any solution will be found.

I wrote to sinp but the officer gave flimsy answer simply repeated the word used in NOC so nothing was clarified I again route to them and waiting for their response.

Should I make my wife as primary applicant as she has bachelors in electronics and communications and having 3 years exp and crs is 360

Would she get pnp in Ontario as it’s in their NOC

she has low band in ielts that’s why

Or I should be main applicant with around 400?

Is their score more than 6 bands in each component then it is okay.
