You sent your application January 2017?
Sounds like they just want another police clearance, just fill in the background check form again and send a new police check.

Its nothing unusual. Just send them a new police clearance. Nothing to get scared with their 30 days deadline. If you think you will need more time just send them a message through web form explaining why you need more time to provide police clearance.

Sir Please note that Saskatchewan no longer offers a family sponsorship stream.My uncle was a resident of Saskatchewan. He had previously sponsored relatives in 2009. But he told me that this method had been canceled. So he told me that he could not sponsor me. Do you ask him to restart it? Why is it stopped? Please help me sir

The program has been closed and there are no plans for it to reopen. Your uncle cannot sponsor you.

If you want to immigrate to Canada, you will have to qualify on your own without family sponsorship.

The program has been closed for a number of years. You should assume it will not start again in the future. Again, you'll need to find a way to qualify to immigrate on your own without your uncle's help.

OMG!! I prefer to work in Canada. But my English knowledge is minimal. IELTS does not have a pass in the exam, but I have a professional qualification and an advanced diploma. But I can not apply because of the minimum language. What am I doing for this reason? Sir?

Quite honestly, I would recommend you get enrolled into ESL courses and bring your language skills up. Alternately, you could work on French language skills if that is easier for you. Both languages are recognized.

Then just continue to learn and improve your English until you have a high enough score. My wife went from 5.0 to a 7.0 in just a year
