And while he was working he completed his MBA from symbiosis thru Distance Learning. So, do you get points for studies done thru distance learning/correspondence.

2. From 2014 I'm working as a horticulture lab technician based upon my 10+2 education.
3. My IELTS scores are LRWS 8,8.5,7,7
I want to know that can I apply in express entry program ? Did my experience will count because it not relevant to my Masters. Can I put my experience 3 years and more ?

First of all, SCDL is not at all evaluated by WES. So, your brother can get points for the diploma which he has done after Matric. I guess it would be from State Board of Technical Education, if yes, get the transcripts and apply at WES. All the best.

back to your question, You can apply through Express Entry Program. There is no problem with the experience. You should get the experience certificate from your company/office. that's it. Enjoy.

No Problem, if only one of them signs, that is also fine.
Regarding your previous company, if you have appointment letter, offer letter and salary slips, you can mention in your LOE. If it was a real job, there will be no problem.

I have a query regarding proof of indian job experience and education.
1. I have done Bachelors in engineering of 4 years and 2 years of post graduation in management. Do I need to submit transcripts for both of educational degrees?

2. I have 38 Months of Job experience prior to post graduation. I have work experience letter and last 6 months pay stubs. Do I need anything else from my 1st employer regarding work experience. After post graduation, I got a job in my 2nd company. I will be showing my post grad job for NOC. What proofs I need from my current employer?

Answer to your questions below:

1. Yes, you will need to send transcripts for both Bachelors and Post Graduation.
2. You will need to get reference letters from your employers. In addition to that, recent 3 months salary slips. Do get ready your Form 16 and Offer letters incase asked for.

Query related to POF
I have a fixed deposit which will mature in April 2018. By that time my fixed deposit will already be 7 months old. I'm planning to re invest this money to another fixed deposit . So if I submit my application in May 2018, is it fine if I submit both my fixed deposit letters or how else must I proceed.

there is no problem in this. If the FDs are on your name, you can show them as Proof of Funds.

If by "apply" you mean creating a profile, then yes.

But what would be the point of this? The spouse with the higher score (CRS) should be the principal applicant since ITA's are sent according to score. Unless you are aiming at different PNP's due to your different professions or something like that, I don't see how having 2 EE profiles provides any advantage at all.
