IMM5257B_1 / IMM5257 SCH1 form not working

Hi, I've been asked to fill one of these forms in but when I click on the link that was given to me on the letter it doesn't work, I have also used the 'Find application form and guides' page and clicked on the form and the same page comes up - not working. I have downloaded the latest Adobe reader and can view other forms I need to fill in but this one isn't working. I need to Feb 2018 version.

This is what the letter states :
 Schedule 1: A separate and newly completed Schedule 1 Background Declaration form The form can be found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5257B_1.pdf

Does anyone have a copy? Or can anyone offer me some help?!

Possibly you are clicking on the link which opens in Google chrome. Try to copy the link and open in Internet explorer. The same link i can open in internet explorer

I have managed to open it on my mums PC, I don't think it likes apple, taken me 1 week to do this. Thank you for your help Amila

Hi, Im having the same problem but unable to open it on a windows or a Mac. Please would someone be able to email the form to me? The deadline is in 3 days and I've not had a reply from their support team.
