30 year old indian guy single and working as IT manager in a reputed organization. have good travel history and refused TRV First time last week at abudhabi canada office. Would like to reapply again any suggestions on how to make my case strong.

unfortunately the first time i didnt submit the following
# cover letter
# property or pp copies of parents in india

should i reapply again from muscat vfs and approach Abudhabi consultate or should i wait and apply when im in india on vacations. cause the reason for refusal was family ties in canada and home country and also immigration status in country!!!

i need some advice on this can't handle refusals

1. Why did you want to visit and for how long?
2. Do you have a Canadian host?
3. What documents did you submit?
4. Since how long have you been working in Muscat? When does your work visa and employment contract expire?
5. Which countries have you visited and typically what was the length of the visits?
6. What strong ties can you prove individually to Muscat and to India?

If the property is owned by your parents then it will not help your visa application.

Walk-ins are not allowed at visa offices.

or should i wait and apply when im in india on vacations.
Assessment of your application would depend on the documents/evidence you submit. It won't matter where you're applying from. That said, if you've been living/working for a considerably long time in Oman then it is better to apply to that visa office
