Seems like everything is cleared and is awaiting a final review. But this is speculation based on what the LVO replied. You can order GCMS notes and see, or wait it out.

Can one candidate have two EE profiles both for FSW-O. one with spouse accompanying and one with spouse non- accompanying at the same time.

Technically yes, but you can only apply with one. Although, IRCC states that one applicant cannot have more than one profile, there is nothing in the regulation which states that the applicant will be barred or an action taken for someone who has more than one. So in effect it is a bark without a bite.

Please tell me if this is a cause of concern. I'm currently in IP2 (Criminality and Medical Passed while Eligibility and Security NOT STARTED). Also my notes also says this:

Are you in Canada? and has you visa expired. Or were you ever in Canada and overstayed? Because FOSS has all the immigration related history of an applicant, if he / she ever visited Canada or applied for any visa. Out of status means that a person overstayed, or was doing something he/she was not authorized.

Hi all, my AOR is July 27th and i think I am under security screening too! I had my GCMS notes and many pages have code s.19(1) on the top and one page have s.15(1) on the top! what does that means? Please anyone?

Dear legal falcon,

I visited multiple regions of mainland China for 2 relatively long periods of time (4 and 1 month(s), respectively), and 8 short visits (less than 7 days each). I was on study visas for the two longer visits, and on tourist visas for the short visits. Because I stayed in China for more than 6 months in total, I needed a police certificate for China.

I was able to get a Chinese police certificate that covers only the longer visits, but not the shorter visits (the certificate specifically states the periods). Can my application be rejected because of this? Or will CIC request an additional document before rejecting my application? I didn’t submit an LOE regarding this matter. If it can be rejected, can I submit an LOE now? I have submitted my application already.

I appreciate your opinion.

Recently the PCC requirements have changed.

Police certificates are required up front and are mandatory for each country (except Canada) where an individual has lived for six months or more in a row.

So, unless you have lived there in a row you won't need it.

@legalfalcon. I did not overstay. However, I had filed for asylum but later withdrew with a certificate of departure in hand. Is it possible that they have sent my file for Security Screening ? If so, how long will it take from now? What will be the repercussions ?

One of my friend has some doubt regarding IELTS expiry. He got OINP and recieved his ITA. But before sending the documents, he observed that his spouse IELTS results were expired. So, what should be done in this case? Since she is secondary applicant, can he explain that in LOE and proceed? Or should she take test again and update them ?

Hello Sir, hope you are well. My question is in relation to my POF. Along with my POF, I attached a gift deed from my father, scan document of the cheque and cheque deposit voucher in one single file. But I didn't write any LOE for that assuming it is not necessary as I had attached everything together in the document checklist post ITA. Now I came across a thread in the forum for POF and I see LOE for the gift deed. Did I make a mistake by not writing a separate LoE? If so can I do anything now? My medical got passed on 14 March and I believe it is IP1 at the moment. Thank you so much for your advice in advance. Have a great day.

I noticed today, that when I login into my cic account it says updated and when I click on it there is like no change at all and when u go back to read the updated part again , it is back to submitted. What could this mean?
