So your ECAS status changed to "Decision Made" AFTER you got the PPR email? This is the first time I've seen it in this order. Usually people seem to get DM first and then the PPR email.
Just received the Passport Request email an hour ago guys!!! So excited!!! Finally the end is here. Hoping to be able to move to Canada by the beginning of June 2018.

Something similar happened to me. After sending my passport, which was missing in my applications, everything was right.
Lot of May applicants got DM in recent days. June applicants are still waiting.
