You misunderstood me. As of march 8 there are a total of 2674 ppl in the pool above 451. How can there be more than 3000 ppl in the pool above 456 on march 3rd?

I don't think he did. His explanation was correct. You are misunderstanding the tie-break rule. It is not mentioned anywhere that there were more than 3000 people with CRS score greater than 456 that are in pool before March 3.

Only one explanation. PNP and those boosting up scores due to various other means.

That means around 700plus ppl join the 451 plus pool every week .

CRS Score- 450. Was really hopeful of getting an ITA today. However I don't see myself getting an ITA anytime soon with so many high scores entering the pool everyday. This is really depressing.

No wonder the bar is rising that high, the EE pool has already over 80k candidates. Almost twice it had one year ago.

Yes, you do. Ontario invites EE applicants with scores between 400 and 435 or there about.

You have to select them or All Provinces and Territories in your EE profile.

Mine is 480 and I haven't received ITA also...

The ITA email can take upto 24 hours to arrive.

But any addition in the pool after march 3rd is basically not relevant in this draw.

The stats are representation of March 8th CRS data. However, draw would have happened as per latest data. I think their system might update CRS score once a day or likewise to all new candidates. The mix of March 12th/13th pool for which stats are not revealed would definitely be different from that of March 8th.
