The cut-off date is only used for the tiebreaker. Many candidates have a 456 score, but not all are selected. Yep. If you see the pool distribution post the 21st feb draw(cutoff 442) , the pool above 451 would basically be zero. Experts help please? @abhishek_89

Only one explanation. PNP and those boosting up scores due to various other means.
The only explanation to this would be that many people with a CRS score higher than 456 became part of the pool after 8th march.
You misunderstood me. As of march 8 there are a total of 2674 ppl in the pool above 451. How can there be more than 3000 ppl in the pool above 456 on march 3rd?

I can see the result from Ghana also. I had 483 CRS score and I can now relax and wait for my ITA. All the best to anyone who couldn't make it today cos you time is coming soon
But any addition in the pool after march 3rd is basically not relevant in this draw.
My overall score is 474 and submitted the profile on 22nd feb 2018. Still haven't got ITA in this draw. Dont know whats happening
It is relevent as long as the score is higher than 456. The tie break is used for people sitting at 456. So if two people have the score 456, the one who made his/her profile on or before 3rd march was invited. But if your score is 457, 458 and so on then obviously you're selected no matter when you make your EE profile.
