I am currently selling my car to complete the required funds for my family, as i am ready yo submit my application once i have this done.

my question is what is the required documents to be attached to my LOE to have solid proof of asset liquidation.

I am planning to sell my car to raise the whole required amount of POF once I receive ITA. I married beginning of 2017 so used all my savings in there and ever since I had to buy things here and there as new couple.

I am wondering the same question. What are the required documents for this case?

1. I will prepare letter from my bank showing current balance, no debts/credit, and average balance of last six months (average 6 months balance will be well below required fund since I would deposit huge amount after my car sell post ITA)
2. I have registration book showing my name, my photo, and car details so I can take scanned copy of this
3. I will prepare scan of receipt of sale
4. scan of cheque
5. LEO letter explaining the whole process
6. six months bank statement? is this necessary after all above documents? Although I can provide.

This is nowhere mentioned to provide 6 months of bank statement for the direct invitation. Its only required for Provincial Nomination Programs.

Yeah I thought so. It is pointless to provide 6 months bank statement since I am already showing reasons why my average 6 months balance is below required. So, these five would be enough?

This is more than enough. Actually, a sale deed of you selling the car is enough.

I sent Private Message to Mlot who opened this thread. He already got his PR so I asked him what documents he used to proof vehicle sale. He wrote to me this:

For my first application, I used gift deed but it was cancelled by IRCC many months later. By then, I already had the money for 9 months in my account, so the new application, I provided balance certificate letter and signed, stamped bank statement of the last 6 months.

I am currently in the process of applying for my student visa. I plan to sell my car to help with funds when I am leaving but I need the car to get around while I am here. I have someone who will be purchasing it when I am leaving. Since the car will not be sold until I am leaving, how would I go about using the car as a part of my proof of funds to apply for my study visa?
