Do u knw how long after reviewing eligibility is the visa issued ? My eligibilty review also started on 9th march

For the persons who are still awaiting for response regarding visas, would suggest them to chant

Btech - 60% with 18 backlogs
Couple of research projects
Went to masters before but dropped out.

Now applied with super strong sop (U Laval) IELTS - 7.5
