Anyone got student visa from dubai,or refusal

Hello,
Plz gather here for share details . Recently i got refusal to my study permit ..anyone got approval ??
 
I got approval , Riyadh visa office .
Took only 2 weeks .

Apply for caips notes , so the second time your approval is guaranteed .

Yes will get caips by myself as i am travelling soon to Canada. I have TRV . Will hire a lawyer now . And applying as inside canada student .i have america B1B2 visa ..my classes start on September 2018..time is short. Wish me luck

You're a resident of UAE , status of visa ?

Letter of Explanation ?

But anyways , as you have Canadian TRV apply from inside and see .
I wish you the best , and a piece of advise , people who got rejected once, twice , got their visas third time , so never lose hope .

Alone , still single .


Was your family joining you ?
If yes , I guess that might be one reason , maybe visa officer wasn't convinced you'd return back to UAE or Pakistan .

Hi captainarabiia, I'm a Filipino and planning to apply a student permit from Riyadh. I have read from some threads that most of the expats applying from KSA were refused from getting visa. Can you please give me information about this matter. Thank you.

We all already have TRV valid .and my kids were minors so obviously they joining me. I m wondering why they didnt considered our travel history, our other valid permits .

Really ?
Most were refused ?
It all depends on the ties you have , and how strong your application is .
It might be true that Riyadh office had many rejections , as their processing time went from 4 weeks to 3 weeks .
My application took 14 working days and approved .

What's your status in KSA ?

@macandcheese Also note , that I've been here since birth with family for last 25 years , so I guess that was a very strong tie to country of residence "KSA" .

I am residing in Dubai, originally also from Pak and planning to apply for student permit in Canada. I would like to learn if you were finally able to get a study visa? also, what was the rejection reason mentioned.

Hi,
Yes i got my study visa in 2nd attempt in 12 days. In 1st refusal my refusal reasons were, status in residence country and purpose of visit . I accept my faults that i couldn't explain my position in 1st try. But in 2nd attempt i do strong filling and within 2 weeks i got approval.
