Hi guys, did anyone applied for the University of Regina and if applied, what are the chances of getting admission. Has i applied for this university for september 2018 intake. And i already studied in canada in a film school got 74% with 60 credits and now applying for masters in university of regina . Currently outside canada . So is there any chance of getting admission?

I had completed my 2 year MBA program from U K. I wish to pursue a 2 year Specialization in Supply Chain management from Canada. I had already received offer letter from spp college Canada and they ready to provide me English Language Exemption letter which was issued from public university.
I wish to enquire that IELTS certificate is necessary for visa purpose or exemptions for IELTS in my case Since I have Completed my MBA from UK last in 2017 a 2 year duration course.
I have some doubts regarding Canada study permit that IELTS certificate is mandatory for visa purpose or not.
So, please provide me CIC documents that I am eligible to apply Canada study permit without IELTS certificate because I have already completed my study from UK.

i have also completed level-7 from UK which is of 1 year course. but college is asking me ielts.
Hie I have done my 12th in commerce stream last year i want to study travel and tourism course . In 10th i had scored 73% whereas in 12th i had secured 75% my ielts score are as follows

Writing 6
Speaking 6
Listening 7
Overall 6
Will I be able to get visa for tourism course being A commerce student ?

My education :
10th (2007) : 71%
12th (2009): 66.4%
BE (electrical and electronics) (2013) : 7.41 CGPA with 4 backlogs
ME (Electrical) (2015) : 7.79 CGPA with 5 backlogs
2.5 years job experience, no gaps
IELTS: 6.5 with 6.0 and above
College selected is Georgian (Course : Project Management), May 2018 intake
Rejection reason : Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans
What is lagging? Can anyone say? And what could be my next step??
