Since u r EE then u have timeline 6 months. If more than 6 months, VO has to process as commuter. You did upfront Medical, no need medical request as ours.
For ours as paper based, the timeline is 18 months. Then if we chase VO, they have the right to ignore.

My emails were also ignored before the 6th month but got the PPR in less than 24 hours after my last email to SGVO.

Since you are paper-based and it is stated as 18 months processing time, then patience is the key. All the best to you

I paid upfront at the submission file.

I think u can paid now otherwise at the MR, they will also ask you to pay it.

If the second person got FT mail on mid-Apr and got MR on 23 Jan then we should get MR by this month (probably) as we got FT on 9th May.

CIC and the VOs are decieving us all at AVO accra visa office majority of us have exceeded 18 months. We are paper based, for instance i am 19 months and i know lots of people that are btw 20-24 months.

How are you calculating your timeline? When did CIC receive your file and when VO receive your file?

I also have concern about your timeline. 19 months until you got visa in hand? And it is calculated from
The date CIC receive ur file or AOR or the date AVO receive?
