Possibly. But there can be myriad reasons for the file going on hold. For instance, most people who applied using the paper FBI PCC process has provided an LOE as we couldn't get our PCCs on time before the 90-day ITA deadlines. Hence, our files most certainly were put on hold. If the LOE does not have anything that requires an ADR or extensive review, those files may not be put on hold or get impacted too much due to the LOE. So, basically, its case to case, and YMMV.just heard from someone who attached LOE their file can go on hold
That is possible but still on a case to case basis.just heard from someone who attached LOE their file can go on hold

It's a new week. Ottawa office, let's roll!
Two monthsIn general how long it takes to move from IP1 to NA2 provided the fact that there is no ADR and a complete application was submitted? I know it can happen in the same day as medicals passed I wanted to ask the upper limit.
And yes he is one of those with FBI pcc and had an adr for itI think we are worrying too much abt this "IP1". I spoke to one of my colleagues who got his PR. He said he didn't have any status updates for 2.5 months and then boom the golden email. I think it's obvious by now CIc doesnt update the status real time even though ur application may be progressing at their end. So everyone relax
Yes I have stumbled upon few cases too,who never saw IP2 or NA2,some stated they sent CSE after 6 months and they replied with PPR,some say GCMS helped push application, hope this painful uncertainty is over soon as possible.I think we are worrying too much abt this "IP1". I have a Brit PCC but still,I read yesterday at London Visa Office forum (@BillHyatt ) that they are looking in to applications from May to September and some oct and Nov got IP2,Next they will look at OCT and NOV AORs but in 27 may, which cant be confirmed by any source, but @BillHyatt is a credible source. It seems most of IP1 people have US PCC in the applications, whether upfront or added later on? Is there anyone stuck at IP1 that doesn't have US PCC?
