Within how many after remitting the fees for WES are we supposed to send all the required documents to WES? Because my situation is like it's going to be about 2 months since I created an account and my documents are yet to be sent. Can anyone help me out with this?

I received my transcript yesterday only and I have already posted it. But I have a small query. I got my transcript issued by the college which is an Autonomous one but the degree certificate issued from the university. Was I supposed to get the transcript also from the university? Because when I called the university they told that everything related to pharmacy is handled by the college solely and so I need to get the transcript from the college itself. Would it affect my WES evaluation I any way?
