In Accompanying Spouse section, there is an Address history column which is asking the following information:

Provide all of the addresses where XXXXXXX has lived in the past ten years or since XXXXXXX's 18th birthday, whichever is most recent. Do not leave any gaps.
Check the list at the bottom of the form first to see information you have already saved.
• When you click "Save and Add", each address will be saved to the list.
• The fields will go blank to let you add details about another address.
• Use the modify or delete button if you want to change details that you have already saved to the list.

1. Till marriage she lived with her parents(her passport address) and shifted to the current address(my passport address) after marriage in April 2016.So should i list date of her stay in her permanent address as till the date of marriage and then add our current residing address?

2. We have not changed the address in any of her documents such as Passport, Pan etc, and it remains the same as before marriage. Will we be asked to show any proof of the current residing address?

No. For me and my spouse we followed the same mode. Our home address would be permanent, but we may have lived at many places for education and employment.
Address history can be temporary and not necessary that you will have proof every where. The continuation should be there from month to month and should be real as well.

I don't have any proof of our present residing address.
Will it be misrepresentation if i show it as still residing in her old address?
Address proof isn't required anywhere, so even if you mention addresses which don't match the passport one, it is not an issue.
