Joint application after having applied individually

Hi All,
my partner and I have applied for the Express Entry at the beginning of 2018. He has received the invite pretty much straightforward (he has 513 points). I am still in the pool with 400 points so we are thinking about getting married and do the joint application.
My big doubt is: is it risky to withdraw the individual applications and reapply as a married couple? Can it create any suspect? Can we be rejected based on the application history?
