I think SKYSCANNER is the best website for ticket booking.
GOIBIBO is also convenient website , but costly.

I have submitted my passport 6th March at new Delhi VFS.. not yet received

When did you get PPR? You didn't tell about it.
It is not NDVO, where you submitted passport. It is VFS New Delhi.
