EOI- how calculation works and matches to EOI Draw

Hello Everyone,

I like to get some help to understand the way of calculating scores for EOI Draw. Specially for the language proficiency. My brother got CLB5 and as per the assessment it says 17 scores per band. Is it going to be 17X5= 85 or there is other way to calculate it. Can anyone please highlight on it? Thank you

CLB5 in all four sections? If so that is 6x4 = 20

If he is a Federal Skilled Worker applicant he does not meet the language requirements.
