Hi,

My fiancee has applied for TRV from india on november 20,2017. It has been more than 70 business days but she havent received any decision. Is it better to cancel application and reapply?

IF u want i can send you my application approval screenshot to you with dates. It's just i am so good at this, i think i have to use my skills professionally. I am a U.S.Visa expert for years now and have actually helped so many ppl for free in real and now i think i better make money out of it and use it as my secondary work.

I got this above reply from Roundoff but it disappeared from the forum.

It's so crazy to believe that for a Canada visa you can just state your type(S) of business and not even have to provide proof that it's real ( business registration, tax documents, bank statements). That means anyone can just write what u suggest and get a visa without any proof? This is something that needs to be raised with Canadian immigration if this is truly happening. Immigration is not supposed to be about luck.. its supposed to be analysis and fair unbiased decisions. But I guess it can't be un biased when the decision is at the discretion of the officer. They may have had a fight with their spouse that day and decide that everyone is a criminal or ineligible LOL

If you cancel and re apply you will just be put into that waiting cycle again. It will not bring you to the top of the list. Plus it takes time to withdraw it's not instant.

I have been waiting since November 15 and it's not business days but calendar days. I know people who have gotten visa approvals on Sundays. Just wait and see what happens. Hopefully you provided good proofs.

His post and my reply to it was deleted by the moderator because he is soliciting business/violating the terms of membership for this forum
Okay cool, yeah there is something not right.
I am not soliciting any business folks...i said i will start a consultancy coz of my unique skills.

Kira, as per your above statement... its just not Canada, more than 30+ countries do not require any proof if you have U.S. visa (Especially if issued multiple times) as U.S. visa ppl checks everything most of the time as it is a belief.

Well I have been waiting since November 15 but it feels like September! lol it's true what you said. No point to withdraw but I understand how they feel at that point I was also considering withdrawing and was very frustrated. Now I'm just depressed and check up on the application every so often.

That would make sense had you provided everything in your US application but you said you never did. The Canadian immigration system makes no sense!

Thats weird they havnt issued the gcms notes ... I am speechless ...
I'm perplexed about your case vis-a-vis the background checks: You have not traveled/lived in high-risk countries, nor do you work in an area which requires background checks.... your academics are not in critical, sensitive research areas (unless you are a nuclear scientist and IRCC will tell you about it LOL).

As for MrMoody90, it's absolutely amazing how he has endured this endless waiting with infinite patience. His case is super SUPER perplexing.... to the extent IRCC has not issued the GCMS notes even after months
