Is it necessary to submit course certificate for wes to review or is it enough only transcript and result sheets? ( because I could not finish all stages in chartred accountancy I finished only two stages so I can’t take course certificate. I have only result sheets and transcript)

I do not know about CA, however as per the WES documentation, its clearly mentioned to send mark sheets and degree for ECA. if you have sent these two, you are good to go.
