50*70 mm 2 Photos of each applicant (as per submitted earlier with PR application ) , write details in 1 photo backside for each applicant.

Confusing name
You have already got ppr and submitted passport and he is asking the procedure of passport submission.
I thought both are same. Isliye pura dimaag ghoom gaya tha.

You can from any location as there is no direct flight to Saskatchewan. Your port of entry would be the place where you landing formalities would be done.

You can do the landing formality at any port of entry to Canada be it Toronto Vancouver or Calgary
