Dear iamxty,

Thanks for your reply. Are you comfirm that such work experiences will be counted ? as the one i mentioned earlier above . On one of the thred i found a guy who has 6 months employment dueto job hunt and he was not able to score points .
I dont know what will be the real case.
other than this, does work experience is counted as in complete set of yaers only ?
I mean if just for sake of example if at one job i worked 19 months and on other after 1 yaer gap if i work for 17 months does still this will be considered as 3 years(36 months) experience ?
Yes, for CRS, it is cumulative. You will earn points for NOC type 0, A or B.

Why don't you create the profile with the TRUTHFUL info and see if it is counted or not by your own eyes.

Bro, forget all this I m sorry if this really means fraud.
Please answer me one more question.
Does career gaps matters ?
like i have 1.5 yaers in my home country then i move to Uae and gain 3 years experience there. (1 yaer on one organusation and 2 yaer in another organisation)
My first employer in Uae where i work for 1 yaer dont furnish me experience letter (thats why earlier i was looking to hide my stay).
My question is can i still get CRS points for 3 yaer work experience by showing my first 1.5 year work in home country, then a gap of 1 yaer then another job of 2 years.
can i gain points for 3 yaer work by combining 2 jobs with 1 yaer gap like this ?
You say that you have work experience in that 1 year gap. Its just that the employer is not ready to provide you experience letter.
If you really "worked" at that organization, you might have something at least? Employment letter, payslips or any document to prove your work experience there? If you do, you can present those as proof of your work done and honestly present your actual case stating that employer is not providing experience letter.(even make an affidavit with all evidence of work done attached) instead of mentioning that you were unemployed in that period.

If you say you were unemployed and later CIC finds out you hid this work history from them (please dont ask me how they will find out), thats also a reason for rejection.

well, regaring proof as this 1 yaer experience was attained in Uae (abroad).
So there is an official visa stamped and under occupation it states accountant.
There are entry and exit stamps on my passport.
I think its adequate proof. Bit as my emplyer dont provide me experience letter which states duties i performed during my work i think its not a good option to claim points for work as when i will not be able to provide exp letter tgey may totally reject my application based on incomplete application .
therefore its better to claim thst work as other unskilled job.

1) Read this webpage, and in particular the "Proof of work experience" section to learn what documentation is required for any work experience you claim.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html

In some instances, people who are not able to get employment/reference letters are able to provide sufficient alternative documentation (e.g. contracts, job letters, paystubs, tax documents, etc., letters from colleagues and/or customers). But it also requires a statement that you tried to obtain a letter from your employer, and they refused (along with some evidence, if you can - like an email where they refuse to provide the letter). There are no guarantees in this case, but many have succeeded.

2) The Minimum Entry Qualifications (MEQ) for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Program include one (uninterrupted) year (52 weeks) of skilled work in a single NOC. Once you have met this one year requirement, gaps do not matter. The person who was refused for a gap must have been lacking a solid year of employment. It sounds like you meet this requirement.

I am self employed right now, but I had a job before. And my past employer denied me any kind of documents. I did not had anything except an employment letter and some payslips (some were missing). I showed that employment letter and made an affidavit stating my work and duties.
Also gave reference letters from some clients (in my case, patients who got treatment done from me during those period).

My point was, If you can tell the truth and let them dig, why tell a lie and dig a hole yourself?

Can you please send me the link forthe information. What i belive is that even after submitting all theses other proof documents immigration department might consider them not an adequate proof and deny my whole visa application based on uncomplete application.
Even if my employer provide me now exp letter and later if visa depaartment call them and they deliberately states negative reference for my work or even they states other dates for work which would result getting 5 yaer ban for misrepresentation.
I think as you mentioned aboved that atleat one job should be of conitinuous 12 months and for other jobs gaps and shorter periods are allowed. I think i may still qualify if i eliminated this one job

That is a possibility, yes. Any time you are not able to give IRCC what they ask for, you stand a chance of being refused. However, with sufficient alternative documentation, as I have stated, IRCC has approved many applicants.

That is a possibility. Good luck!
