where did you courier all of your papers? Isn't that in Nova Scotia?
Normally visa office is selected by the current country of residence so it is not possible.

Your application is still under review by the Case Processing Center in Sydney. Once processing is complete, that office will forward your application to Singapore.

I wrote to Ottawa and they confirmed it was transfer to Singapore also withdrew GCMS , it also showed 31 jan, 17 received my file

What should we do if no move from SGVO?exactly 10 months from FT and nearly 14 months fom AOR.
Can we raise cse to both CIC and SGVO. Even report it to SINP?

U can apply for gcms. Sometimes it is beneficial.

you are in NDVO,so you cann't understand in SGVO this waitting is too paintful.

I am Jan. 2016 SINP OID applicant and got Visa in March 2018 (still not in hand). I have waited 26 months. May be u can understand.

That's very much endurance for you. Even NDVO started working after the Lunar new year but SGVO still sleeping.
