extending the medical time limit?

Hello friends,

At last the medical is received. Within what stipulated time one has to complete the medical? Is it so that one has to complete the medical in 3 months time from the date of issue of medical.?

Is there any chance of extending the time limit or the reissue of the medical paper.
I have a reason to ask because my agent is not releasing these documents to me due to some reasons of his own interest. and I want to sue him.

Usually 60 days. If you are not happy with your agent, send a change of representative to the CIC processing your case and request that they re-issue your medicals.

My husband would like to use lawyer in beginning but just wasting the money so he fired her anyway just follow the forum with the subject that fit with your case and you will be good. I submitted medical in advance then this early Sept, CIC asked for the medical again ( they give me a month to complete it- its stated on their correspondence) oh ya for some cases, they dont get 2nd email from CIC for the medical.. be patience
