As far as we can tell, the PCC needs to have been issued after your most recent stay in India. The one you used for your migration is valid only if it is dated after you left India.

A PCC will be considered valid as long as you have not resided in the country after it was issued.

According to https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...cal-police/police-certificates/how/india.html you can apply at any consulate or embassy.

February is another tab in the spreadsheet. You should be seeing the different tabs for January, February and March at the bottom of the screen.

All applicants file received on 8 February got AOR but I didn’t get yet
I don’t know why
