If you mentioned her name in the forms you will need to inform them also they might proof if possible provide with a death certificate. Sorry for your loss btw

Thank you. On both Schedule A and one of the forms that details the PA's family information requires parental name/address. I will contact IRCC when I get back from India to find out if they need to be informed. I doubt there will be a need to provide a death certificate as they don't ask for proof of death on any of the forms that require parental information. Anyway I will see what they say.
