Hello good morning have a nice day I am living Canada next month going to apply PR new pathways I am just confuse bit my husband living hong Kong he's refuge there its possible for me when I apply PR so include he's name there as well its same process documents or maybe for him different away because he's refuge Hong Kong almost have 5 year's now we get married last years 2017 I went hong Kong we get married I just stay two weeks and after come back we registered married gourmet hong Kong there we have married certificate as well but I am confuse also he's younger then me age gaps he's now 26 I am 42 any problems

Provided you can prove your relationship is genuine - there shouldn't be a problem including him in your application.
I am assuming you have known each other for a while and spent time together in person - and did not get married during your first trip together.
Thank you for replying I just want to tell you we know each other just Mobile apps we start talking just video calls 2015 I meet him after 2 years went hong Kong get married 2017 stay just with him 14 days now we still talking each days phone video's calls
If you married him on the very first time you met, and in addition to large age gap, his application could have lots of problems. IRCC may strongly suspect the marriage is not genuine and he's only marrying you for immigration purposes. You should spend more time in person together, meeting each other's friends/family, etc before attempting to get his PR status.
Thank you for replying me I want to tell you I also live before hong Kong I know him when he came hong Kong 2013 November I apply for Canada approved 2014 March after I come Canada 2014 April after I go back hong Kong 2017 we get married 2017 January but when I have just visit visa for hong Kong 14 days so after I come back Canada now we have one year 3 months we not meet each other because he's refuge there hong Kong he's not allowed to work there and visit another country its not allowed for him
I have also western Union recip sending him money each month also paying he's rent room he have iss paper proof there mine name and phone number my wife paying my rent every month I have recipient western Union sending him money have 2 years he's name
