You can - however you may need a medical which would include a chest x-ray. Most doctors recommend against getting an x-ray while pregnant since they believe an x-ray can harm the unborn baby.
You may also want to consider how far into your pregnancy you are (or will be), as when and where you are going to school, you may not have health coverage for the birth. You would need to cover those costs yourself.
Also need I guess to assess what the college policy is on catering for any interruption in study for any maternity leave in order to for example keep the study permit active.
