A job offer isn't enough to apply for a work permit - your employer must also obtain an approved LMIA. Generally speaking LMIAs are very difficult to obtain since they require an employer to advertise the job and prove no Canadian could be found for the role. In Canada, there are far more trained teachers than there are jobs available. So you should unfortunately expect that it will not be possible to obtain an approved LMIA for a teaching role.

For a work permit, you will have to get an employer willing to go through the LIMIA process, which costs and takes time.

Have you secured a job offer? If your employer willing to go through the LMIA process?

If you want to go this way, the first step is to find a job offer.

Labour market impact assessment. Basically seeing if anyone in Canada can do and apply for the job

But my age is 43 .my lawyer said that I cannot apply for immigration. What I do? Please help
So what is your point in being here? If you really believe your lawyer that you cannot apply for immigration, then why did you ask on this forum for options? The solutions you got so far are already helpful, even far more than what your so-called lawyer told you. It's up to you to do the research to look into them and see if you qualify.

I also had a lawyer tell a relative that he was too old to qualify (54). But I did the research and got them PR.
