12 month already gone from cic submission but no MR ..When sgvo start my file and when finish to ppr. ..as their silent may need full 18 month or more.

Mine gone 13.5 months and still MR. I've hang many critical plans, even giving birth ). Don't know what to do either.

people who are paper-based have no qualified to do medical exam upfront,but EE can.

I saw some paper based same timeline as mine did upfront and got PPR.

They did very harsh that time, raised cse weekly, put comments ab SGVO delay under PM Trudeau's speech ab immigrations.
It worked. Paper based got MR after 2,3,4 ,5 months from FT. Maximum is 6 months after FT.

They will keep us waiting for unlimited time but we are not allowed to ask. This is really rude.

One more thing, how frequent you sent the inquiry?

I asked hospital,they said we paper-based must need MR paper and the medcal exam number,or can't do medical exam.EE can.

Yes, it is only possible if the hospital helps you to do that. Some of the hospital, themselves create a number and send to CIC with the medical result.

There was a person in this group (I forgot his name) who has FT on May '17 he did upfront medical and passed luckily and now he got PPR with DM.

right, as I remember he asked the clinic in his country (Singapore as I remember) and they said it's ok for him to do it upfront. The clinic assigned him a IME. He got PPR and DM.
