Application In Process March 2, 2018. But I have not received any email confirmation. Saw it by logging into ecas. Anyone face a similar situation here. This is weird. Should I call IRCC to know what's going on.

Looking at the sheet, I see about a dozen applications have been returned to the applicants. I can't see the reason for returning them though.
What are the main reasons for returning applications? and at what stage do they get returned, after or before AOR, or after IP?
Also, does the applicant have to pay another application fee in those cases?

Guys has any one experienced this?

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 15, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on February 2, 2018.
3. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on March 6, 2018.
4. We started processing your application on February 28, 2018

The 1st AOR was sent to the old PR email address not the one i provided on the application
The second set of emails was sent to the email i provided on the application
