My education assessment was not what I expected

Hi,

I have just received my report from WES, where they assessed my education as Bachelors + Marsters degree.

The thing is, I completed my 5-year University study program (in Russia) back when we didn't have the Bachelors/Masters standard and received a so-called "Specialist Diploma".

So now I am really confused — in my application should I refer to the report and submit Masters as the highest level of education?
