how many times can we submit our application once it gets returned or rejected

I have recently submitted my profile in Express entry but it was returned because one of the document was not submitted.
I wanted to know how many times can we submit our application once it gets returned or rejected?

Any help is very much appreciated.

You can apply as many times as you want until your application is approved. How many days it took for cic to return your application?

i submitted on feb 23 and got update on march 2.

What about the refund ? how many days does that take ? also, do they give full refund or deduct something ?

If the application is returned then probably you will get full refund. If the application is processed and then got rejected then you will get only rrpf refund. In your case you should get full refund. Might take couple of weeks i guess. Which document did you miss?

I am actually working through a consultant on this. It was mentioned that PCC India for spouse was not there stating a time period.

My consultant says that they did submit the PCC. I am not sure whom to blame.

The consultant. If he is confident that everything is correct he would have advised to appeal the decision.

Can you please explain "advised to appeal the decision"?

They have created a new profile and submitted me in the pool. My CRS points are good so I should be getting invitation soon.
They will also provide letter of explanation for me.

Also, my husband is the primary application and I am secondary (spouse).

Not sure how did they do for secondary applicant.

He could've raised a CSE to inform IRCC that they have made a mistake regarding the cancellation of your application.

Again, either your consultant is dumb for not knowing this or he made a mistake with your application.
