Just clear your browser cache..and try once.. if you have chrom try accessing from incognito mode

This. Also, if you have any browser addons/extensions enabled, make sure to make an exception/whitelist for the IRCC website(s). I'm used to running several that wreck havoc on most pages unless you make some exceptions (adblock/noscript/HTTPSeverywhere...etc).

I hope you're right my friend! I'm mostly worried about SS, as that would mean an indefinite period of waiting from what I've seen with other applicants. Hopefully the notes I ordered will clear that up.

Here's what I got back from CPC today: "The final eligibility assessment has not yet been made." - What does that mean? I know it means eligibility is not passed yet, but does it imply "recommended pass"?
